Escondido - New Multi-Purpose and Administration Building - Progress week of 2/19

EL Building:

• Exterior clean up and paint work should begin this week with cooperation from the weather.  Likely to have noise from pressure washer and paint gun use
• Landscaping and irrigation work will begin this week, likely small excavator use for noise impact
• One concrete pour remains, likely 1-2 hours of truck noise for impact late in the week

MPR Building:

• Framing work will shift to a lot of nail gun and hammer noise working on the roof sheathing. 
• Scissor lift use will continue throughout the day, fair amount of beeping
• Hand tool use to include compressors, nail guns, saws and hammers running consistently throughout the day.
